Service Coverage & Travel Distance
Initial Coverage:
The base payment includes services within a 15-mile radius. This ensures that we can accommodate most local needs without additional charges.
Extended Travel:
Should our service extend beyond the 15-mile limit, we're prepared to continue supporting your needs. Additional miles will incur a charge, billed to your payment method at the previously agreed-upon rate. This ensures you're always in the loop and consent to any extra costs.
Handling and Size Specifications
To guarantee the safety and efficiency of our transport services,
we've established clear guidelines for the items we move:
Weight Limit per Item:
Each item must not exceed 70 pounds. This allows us to ensure the safety of our team and the integrity of your belongings.
Total Weight Limit:
The combined weight of all items should remain under 500 pounds. This collective limit helps us manage our loads effectively.
Dimensional Constraints
We can accommodate items within a space of 7 feet in length, 4.89 feet in width, and 3.91 feet in height (127.4 cubic feet). This size guideline ensures that your items fit securely in our transport vehicles.
Time Allocation & Additional Fees

Loading and Unloading Time:
We've allocated 15 minutes for both loading and unloading to streamline our operations. If these activities exceed the allocated time, a nominal fee of $1 per extra minute will be applied.
Cancellation Policy:
Understanding that plans can change, we've instituted a cancellation policy that is both fair and straightforward. A $35 fee will be applied to cancellations made more than 15 minutes after an order is placed. This policy helps us manage our scheduling and resources efficiently.

Declared Value and Insurance: The declared value of any shipment represents our maximum liability in connection with a shipment, including, but not limited to, any loss, damage, delay, mis-delivery, non-delivery, misinformation, any failure to provide information, or mis-delivery of information. Exposure to and risk of any loss in excess of the declared value is either assumed by the shipper or transferred by the shipper to an insurance carrier through the purchase of an insurance policy. You should contact an insurance agent or broker if you desire insurance coverage.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE INSURANCE COVERAGE OF ANY KIND. Our liability with regard to any package is limited to the sum of $250
These items include, but are not limited to, furniture, tableware, glassware and collector’s items such as coins, stamps, sports cards, souvenirs and memorabilia. (Collector coins and stamps may not be shipped. See restrictions. Glassware, including, but not limited to, signs, mirrors, ceramics, porcelains, china, crystal, glass, framed glass, flat panel display screens (all types), plasma screens, and any other commodity with similarly fragile qualities. Jewelry, including, but not limited to, costume jewelry, watches and their parts, mount gems or stones (precious or semiprecious), industrial diamonds and jewelry made of precious metal. Precious metals, including, but not limited to, gold and silver bullion or dust, precipitates or platinum (except as an integral part of electronic machinery). Stocks, bonds, cash letters or cash equivalents, including, but not limited to, food stamps, postage stamps (not collectible), traveler checks, lottery tickets, money orders, prepaid calling cards, bond coupons and bearer bonds. If a multipiece shipment is tendered to 4Sure Transport LLC, palletized, and shrink-wrapped as one single handling unit, the maximum declared value for that single unit is $250 and not $250 per package contained within that multipiece shipment.
ALL SHIPMENTS WITH A DECLARED VALUE GREATER THAN $250 WILL BE DELIVERED ON A DIRECT/HOT SHOT SERVICE TYPE. ANY EFFORT TO DECLARE A VALUE IN EXCESS OF THE MAXIMUMS ALLOWED IN THIS SERVICE GUIDE IS NULL AND VOID AND THE ACCEPTANCE FOR CARRIAGE OF ANY SHIPMENT BEARING A DECLARED VALUE IN EXCESS OF THE ALLOWED MAXIMUMS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF ANY PROVISION OF THIS SERVICE GUIDE AS TO SUCH SHIPMENT. EVEN IF A HIGHER VALUE IS DECLARED, OUR LIABILITY FOR LOSS, DAMAGE OR DELAY WILL NOT EXCEED A SHIPMENT’S REPAIR COST, ITS DEPRECIATED VALUE, OR ITS REPLACEMENT COST, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
